The three IF events in the event menu kinda tie in. With the Pure atleast, the bad end was pretty much waiting to confront the NTR person, and losing the girl in the process. The last event always (afaik) has a choice to make, with the bad option giving a game over. Each event unlocks the next until a point where they enjoy it, then the rest of the chain opens up. The actual NTR all takes place in the NTR event category (NTR/(Personality)).
You need to be lovers and she needs to not be a virgin afaik. Then theres a series of events every day, and eventually you'll be told that an H scene was unlocked. A guy approaches them, and the first day you can choose whether to keep him away. NTR stuff starts after you become lovers with a girl.
